What carrier is used to ship out orders?

UPS is the carrier we use to ship orders out. If needed, other carriers can be used to ship out your order. If this happens to be the case, you will be notified via email. 

What days are orders usually shipped?

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

How long will it take to receive my items?

Usually about 1-2 weeks. This allows time to ask questions if it is a custom piece and send email with design, make the product, pack the product, and send the product to you. 
For In Stock items, it would be shipped on the closest Tuesday or Friday from the date you ordered your item/s.

How do I know if my item/s have been shipped?

This is a great question! You will receive an email from us giving you the tracking information for your order. 

Are there returns and exchanges allowed?

Since these items are items that are personalized and items that are worn/drinkware, returns and exchanges are not allowed. If you think you may have ordered the wrong piece, please be sure to email us directly to be able to correct the order and process price difference if required.

What does my tumbler order include?

Your tumbler will include a straw and lid.
